Subscription Policy

By subscribing to the Something by Nic Mail Club, you agree to the following terms:

Billing - Your subscription will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is taken automatically on or around the same date each month using the payment method provided at checkout.

Cancellation - You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription, or by contacting us at somethingbynic@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. We do not offer refunds for payments already processed.

What's included - Each month you'll receive a curated selection of stationery and collectibles delivered straight to your door. The contents of each mail club parcel will vary month to month.

Shipping - Shipping is included in the price of your subscription. We ship to the UK and internationally.

Changes to your subscription - We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing or contents. We will notify subscribers of any significant changes in advance.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
